Add 1–2 tablespoons of bone broth powder to a glass or cup, then pour in 200 ml of hot water. Mix well to avoid lumps and season to taste. The bone broth contains absolutely no emulsifiers such as soy lecithin or sunflower lecithin, so you may need to mix a little extra when preparing it. Usage: In addition to mixing Premium Bone Broth in a cup, you can sprinkle the powder over meals just as you would with a seasoning, use it as a protein powder in shakes, or add it to pancake and waffle recipes.
